How It Works

Create and launch your Solana staking pool in 4 simple steps

Step 1

Connect Wallet

Connect your Solana wallet that holds the tokens you want to create a pool for.

Step 2

Configure Pool

Select your staking token, choose whether rewards are paid in the same token or a different one, then set reward amount, pool duration, and lock period.

Step 3

Pay & Deploy

Pay the 1 SOL creation fee and sign 2 transactions to deploy your pool on-chain.

Step 4

Share & Grow

Share your pool link with your community and watch your holder engagement grow.

One Flat Fee, Three Pool Types

Every pool type costs 1 SOL to create with no subscription. A 2% platform fee applies to staking transactions and is fully disclosed.

How Staking and LP Farm Rewards Are Distributed

StakePoint uses a variable APR model where rewards are distributed proportionally based on each staker's share of the pool

Proportional Rewards

Deposit rewards upfront with a pool duration (365 days recommended). The smart contract distributes tokens every second, proportional to each staker's share of the pool.

Variable APR

APR adjusts dynamically. Fewer stakers means higher APR per person. As more people stake, rewards are spread wider and APR decreases, naturally rewarding early stakers.

Real-Time Claiming

Rewards accrue every second and can be claimed at any time. Stakers do not need to wait for the pool to end.

Lock Period (Optional)

Set a minimum lock period to prevent withdrawals until the timer reaches zero. Claiming rewards does not reset the timer, so stakers can claim mid-lock without restarting the clock. Set to 0 for flexible staking.

Reflection Rewards

Add optional reflection rewards on top, paid in SOL, USDC, or any SPL token alongside the main reward.

Example: 10M Token Pool Over 365 Days

Distributes ~27,397 tokens per day. APR shifts based on total staked:

How Do I Create a Staking Pool or LP Farm on Solana?

StakePoint is the easiest way to create a staking pool or LP farm on Solana. Connect your wallet at stakepoint.app/for-projects, select your SPL or Token-2022 token, choose same token rewards or dual token staking where holders earn a different token, set your reward amount and pool duration, and deploy on-chain for a one-time 1 SOL fee. For an LP farm, liquidity providers stake LP tokens from Raydium, Meteora, Orca or PumpSwap. No code required.

Your pool is live in under 5 minutes with a shareable URL, embeddable widget, and Telegram alerts. The smart contract has received an A grade audit with upgrade authority secured by a Squads multisig.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about creating a staking pool on Solana

What is StakePoint's program ID?

StakePoint's program ID is gLHaGJsZ6G7AXZxoDL9EsSWkRbKAWhFHi73gVfNXuzK on Solana mainnet. Every staking pool is an account owned by that program, so stakers can verify a pool against it on Solscan without connecting a wallet.

Has the StakePoint staking program been audited?

Yes. The StakePoint program holds a Grade A security audit from Auditr. The upgrade authority is controlled by a Squads multisig, and staked tokens sit in Program Derived Addresses that have no private key.

Can a StakePoint staking pool run out of rewards?

No. StakePoint uses a fixed vault model: you deposit a reward total and the program distributes it across the pool duration, so the pool cannot pay out more than it holds. Platforms using fixed rate emission pay a set amount per staked token per day regardless of participation, which can empty the vault before the pool ends.

Should you run a staking pool for your token?

Only if you can fund the rewards without touching liquidity or team supply. A staking pool takes tokens out of circulation by giving holders a reason to commit them, which reduces sell pressure and gives your community something to do besides wait. But the rewards come from an allocation you deposit upfront, so a pool funded by tokens you needed elsewhere solves one problem and creates another.

Flexible or locked staking, which should you choose?

Flexible pools let stakers withdraw whenever they want, so participation is higher but so is churn and the supply effect is softer. Locked pools set a minimum period, so fewer holders join but the ones who do are committed for a known duration you can communicate. Most first pools do better with a short lock: long enough to matter, short enough not to deter people. You can run both for the same token.

How many tokens should you allocate to rewards?

Enough that the APR is worth a holder's attention at your expected staked amount, and no more than you can lose from circulation for the pool duration. Work backwards: decide the APR you want to advertise, estimate how much will be staked, and the reward allocation falls out of that. Guessing the allocation first and discovering the APR afterwards is how pools end up advertising numbers nobody finds attractive.

Why does the advertised APR fall after launch?

Because APR is calculated from the reward pool divided across everyone staked, so it drops as more people join. Early stakers earn more, by design. Tell your community this before launch rather than after, because an APR that halves in week two looks like a bait and switch to anyone who was not warned.

What happens when the pool duration ends?

Rewards stop accruing and stakers withdraw what they staked plus what they earned. Nothing happens automatically, and nothing forces you to run another pool. If you intend to continue, say so before the end date, because a pool that quietly expires reads to holders as a project that lost interest.

How do I create a staking pool?

To create a staking pool on StakePoint, connect your Solana wallet, select the token you want to create a pool for, set your reward amount and pool duration, and deploy on-chain. The entire process takes under 5 minutes with no coding required. Your pool gets a shareable URL, an embeddable staking widget for your website, and optional Telegram alerts for staking activity.

How do I start a staking pool for my token?

Visit stakepoint.app/for-projects and connect the wallet holding your token. Click Create Pool, choose your staking token, select whether to reward in the same token or a different one, set how many tokens to allocate as rewards, choose a pool duration and optional lock period for stakers, then confirm two transactions. Your staking pool is live on Solana in minutes. Share the pool link with your community to start onboarding stakers.

How much does it cost to create a staking pool on Solana?

Pool creation costs 1 SOL as a one-time fee. No monthly subscriptions. A 2% platform fee applies to staking transactions.

What tokens can I create a staking pool for?

Any SPL token or Token-2022 token in your wallet. StakePoint supports standard tokens, reflection tokens, and tokens with transfer taxes.

How are staking rewards calculated?

You deposit rewards upfront. APR is calculated dynamically based on total staked amount and pool duration. More stakes means distributed rewards, so early stakers earn more.

Can I add more rewards to my staking pool later?

Yes. You can deposit additional rewards to your pool at any time to boost APR and extend incentives.

What is the difference between lock period and pool duration?

Pool duration is how long rewards are distributed. Lock period is the minimum time stakers must wait before unstaking. You can set lock period to 0 for flexible staking.

Do I remain the pool admin after creating a staking pool?

Yes. As the pool creator you remain the admin. You can see your remaining vault balance at any time and deposit additional rewards to boost APR and extend incentives.
